I began investing in real estate when I purchased my first duplex in 2011.  I was working in business management at that time and used the investment property to increase my income and assist in my financial planning.  The satisfaction of home-ownership sparked a passion, and set me on the adventure of investing in many properties.  I understand the questions and uncertainty buyers may have. After earning my degree in Business Management/Bookkeeping, I helped several businesses get up and running successfully. My experience includes a complete start up of a Medical Office, Managing a Law Office and working as a City Manager. I have helped service based businesses get back on track after failed IRS and Tax Audits. I understand the struggles of starting a new business and want to help people through that initial period and see them succeed. I believe small business is the Backbone of America!

In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband at the beach, or listening to live music and dancing, gardening, cooking, biking, singing and playing my bass guitar.
